Grill Supervisor, FT


Oversees and leads staff during assigned shift. Takes customer orders and payments. Maintains cleanliness of the grill area, delivers orders, and keeps products stocked as necessary. When necessary to maintain service levels, fills in for cook or food runner. Provides and ensures excellent customer service. Effectively handles customer complaints by providing options and solutions to ensure satisfaction. Acts as a role model for the team and leads by example. Follows and enforces policy and procedure by giving feedback on the fly and reporting discrepancies to Grill Manager for follow up. Meets and ensures all safety standards are followed on assigned shift including OSHA, property standards, and food safety standards. Reports concerns or issues to Grill Manager for resolution. Ensures portion control standards are maintained consistently on assigned shift. Addresses, documents, and reports discrepancies to Grill Manager. Conducts daily product inventory, logs information and communicates results to Grill Manager. In the absence of the Grill Manager; runs Micros reports and makes decisions regarding product orders according to PAR levels. Periodically assists in picking up product orders and delivering them to the property. Trains and develops newly hired staff members. Observes Grill interviews and gives feedback to Grill Manager on selections.


Two years food industry and one year of leadership experience preferred. Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles. Experience working with Micros a plus. Basic keyboard and computer skills required. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English is required. Individual must excel within a fast paced environment and be able to multi task. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels and work as a team. Must be flexible and have the ability to work any shift.

All positions are part-time unless otherwise specified.
