Crown Club Representative

Responsibilities:

Responsible for entering data into the player tracking system. This position assists Crown Club members in redeeming points as well as providing up to date and accurate information on casino events and/or promotions. Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and protecting company assets.

Requirements:

High school diploma, GED or 3 months related experience. Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain effective work relationships with others. Skill in solving practical problems and dealing with situations where only limited standardization exists.


All positions are part-time unless otherwise specified.
